Placing an Order
- Add items to your cart.
- Go to checkout using either standard checkout or PayPal.
- Fill in your email, full name, and shipping address.
- Enter a promo code in the Discount field if applicable.
- Confirm shipping and billing addresses, then provide payment details and Complete Order.

Missing or Wrong Items
If your shipment has errors or missing products, send customer support:
- Order number
- Clear photo under 1MB showing the issue
Correct items will be resent free of charge. Email: service@trivotta.com
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email with your order details. Check spam or junk if not received.
Order Changes
Orders can be modified before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the order date. Afterward, modifications may not be possible. Contact support: service@trivotta.com
Cart Management
- Add products: Select options → Add to Cart.
- View cart: Click cart icon to see items.
- Change quantity: Adjust Quantity field; totals update automatically.
- Remove item: Click Remove next to the product.

PayPal Checkout

Enter code at checkout in Discount field → click Apply → discount appears in summary.
