Order Fulfillment

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within approximately five business days following successful order placement.

Once dispatched, delivery normally takes between 10 and 20 working days, depending on location and carrier schedules.

Delivery times may vary because of:

• customs clearance procedures

• carrier operational delays

• adverse weather conditions

• other transportation-related interruptions

Shipment Tracking

A dispatch confirmation email with tracking information will be sent after your order has been shipped.

The tracking number can be used with parcel tracking platforms to check delivery status and shipment progress.

Delivery Fee

A standard international shipping fee of $2.99 USD applies to every order.

Changing Your Shipping Address

Address change requests must be received before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day the order is submitted.

After that point, orders may have entered fulfillment and modifications may not be possible.

Separate Delivery Address

Packages may be shipped to an address that differs from the billing address entered during payment.

Business Day Processing

Order fulfillment occurs on business days only and excludes weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed outside business days are generally processed on the following working day.

Inventory & Distribution

Depending on product availability, shipments may originate from regional warehouses.

Some products may also be produced and shipped directly from facilities located in the United States, Canada, or Australia.
