Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order prior to shipping or production.
If a cancellation is accepted before the product is shipped, a full refund will be made to the payment method used at checkout.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility requirements:

  • Product must remain unused and in the original condition.
  • Original packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Contact customer service before sending any returns. Instructions will be provided and must be followed to process the return correctly.
Customers will be charged for only one shipping fee, which may include the original and return shipping.
Returned products are exempt from restocking fees.

Refunds
After the item is returned and inspected, an email will confirm the processing of the return.
You will be notified if the refund is approved or declined.
Refunds, if approved, will be applied to the original payment method within a few business days depending on processing by the payment provider.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund does not appear:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your card issuer; it may take some time to reflect.
  • Check with your bank as processing times differ.

Return Shipping
Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions from support.
Returns for personal reasons may require the customer to pay shipping.
Returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items will have shipping costs covered.
